Job Summary
This role is responsible for handling IT requirements from India-based clients. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently.

Key Responsibilities
Full-cycle recruiting: interview, offer, negotiation, and closing candidates for assigned requisitions.
Sourcing candidates from job portals (Monster, Naukri Times), as well as making job postings on these platforms.
Identifying suitable requirements from various job boards and social networking sites like LinkedIn, Google Groups, etc.
Handling direct accounts/clients/MSP/VMS, with experience in Contract, Corp to Corp, Permanent C2H (Contract to Hire) positions.
Achieving a good conversion ratio of submittals into interviews and placements.
Sourcing candidates via cold calling, networking, internal resume databases, Internet resume banks, and the general internet.
Negotiating rate/wage and salary rates with candidates, performing BGC/reference checks.
Meeting daily/weekly/monthly/quarterly production goals and revenue targets set by the management team.
Developing recruitment strategies that include understanding client requirements and mapping relevant targets.
Providing staffing services to customers in their recruiting and personnel needs.
Exercising discretion and good judgment in recruiting candidates for customers.
Maintaining a results-oriented approach with the ability to meet deadlines.
Requirements
The successful candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, able to work independently and effectively manage multiple tasks and priorities.
