HR Recruiter for Clinic

Key Responsibilities:
• End-to-end recruitment for clinical and non-clinical roles (doctors, nurses, therapists, front desk, etc.)
• Create and manage job postings on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
• Screen CVs, conduct initial HR rounds, and coordinate with department heads for technical interviews
• Develop hiring strategies for fast-moving roles and reduce time-to-hire
• Maintain candidate database and generate recruitment reports
• Onboarding support, employee documentation, and induction for new hires
• Ensure a great candidate experience and strong employer branding
• Handle basic HR operations like attendance, leave management, and performance coordination
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree (preferably in HR or related field)
• Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare or clinic-based hiring
• Strong understanding of healthcare recruitment trends
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Organized and efficient with strong follow-up ability
• Comfortable with MS Office, HR tools, and recruitment portals
