Position: Recruiter Admin
Location: 1105, Iconic Shyamal, Shyamal Cross road, Satellite, Ahmedabad
Experience: 06 Month to 03 Years

Recruitment Duties:
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate with department heads for technical interviews.
• Draft and post job descriptions on various platforms.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
• Manage onboarding formalities and documentation for new hires.
Administrative Duties:
• Handle office administration including vendor coordination, inventory, and supplies.
• Maintain employee records and ensure data accuracy in HR systems.
• Assist in attendance tracking, leave management, and basic payroll coordination.
• Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Prepare reports, letters, and other administrative documents as needed. Support management in day-to-day operations and communication.
• Fluency in English Communication .
