HR Operations
Responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations—onboarding/offboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, HR systems, compliance, and employee data management—to ensure smooth and efficient HR processes.
Key Responsibilities-
Onboarding Offboarding: Manage complete induction and exit processes, including document collection, orientations, exit clearances, and exit interviews.
HRIS Data Management:
Maintain accurate employee records (personal data, attendance, leave, benefits) and ensure data integrity and confidentiality.
Payroll Benefits Coordination:
Coordinate with payroll/finance teams, track salary queries, reimbursements, and process employee benefits.
Attendance Leave Administration:
Manage attendance systems, resolve discrepancies, and approve leave as per company policy.
Compliance Documentation:
Maintain statutory registers, ensure adherence to labor laws (ESI/EPF), and update HR documentation.
Employee Query Support:
Serve as point of contact for routine HR queries related to policy, systems, and processes.
