Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled HR Manager to lead our company’s human resources function. The successful candidate will oversee recruitment, employee engagement, HR policy development, and compliance with UK employment law.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance reviews, and employee relations
· Develop and implement HR policies aligned with UK legislation and company goals
· Administer payroll, benefits, and HR records
· Advise managers on employment matters and organisational development
· Act as Level 1 User responsible for day-to-day sponsor licence compliance management, including maintaining accurate HR/employee records, ensuring compliance with Home Office requirements, conducting right to work checks and handling reporting and communication
· Maintain a positive working culture and support continuous HR improvement initiatives
Requirements:
· Experience in an HR Manager or similar senior HR role
· Strong working knowledge of UK employment law and HR practices
· Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
· Previous experience of managing sponsor licence and compliance with Home Office requirements regarding Skilled Wkers.
· Fluent English required
