HR Manager

Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role in IT/Software Industry

 MBA in Human Resources or Graduate in relevant field

 Proven experience with IT hiring and HR role

 Demonstrable leadership abilities

 Solid communication and interpersonal skills

 Working knowledge of Business Development (Online bidding) will be a huge plus

Roles and Responsibilities

 Design and update job descriptions.

 Source potential candidates from various online channels. (e.g. Social Media, Facebook, Linkedin, Indeed, Naukri.com, personal contact).

 Experience with full-cycle recruiting, Reviewing, shortlisting resumes and applications.

 Interview candidates via phone and face to face and Coordinate with the tech lead/manager/CEO as required

 Onboarding, Entry and exit formalities, documentation, employee verification, Training, and development of new or existing employees

 Recruitment, Induction, Performance appraisal, Employee Benefit.

 Attendance and leave management

 Take care of Appointment, experience, relieving, promotion increment letters / all formal letters.

 Preparation of HR reports Oversee daily operations of the HR department

 Maintaining all HR databases.

 Provide help to the employee Attendance, Leave, Compliance, etc.
 Design Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them

Qualification :- BBA,MBA,PGDCM
