Key Responsibilities:
Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles (volume niche hiring)
Oversee the entire employee life cycle — onboarding, confirmation, performance reviews, and exit formalities
Maintain and manage attendance records, leave management, and payroll coordination
Handle Learning Management System (LMS) operations and employee training programs
Implement and monitor HR policies, SOPs, and compliance as per labor laws and company guidelines
Lead employee engagement initiatives, grievance handling, and retention strategies
Coordinate with department heads for manpower planning and workforce alignment
Provide timely HR reports and analytics to leadership
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
