• Employee orientation and Induction.
• Inline Coordination with management at various steps.
• Administrative tasks include hiring and monitoring of employees.
• Support strategic decisions concerning employee management.
• Manage employee attendance, leave management
• Handling Payroll Management.
• Handling HR related compliances. (EPF, ESIC, Income Tax, PT etc.)
• Involved in strategic discussion for existing process and policies when necessary and ensure complete implementation.
• Process Travel re-imbursements of employees.
