Role Description
This is an on-site internship role for an HR Manager Intern located in Jaipur. The HR Manager Intern will assist in various HR functions, including recruitment, employee onboarding, and maintaining HR records. The intern will support the team in performance management, employee engagement, and other HR-related administrative tasks. This role involves collaborating with different departments to ensure a smooth HR operation and contribute to creating a positive workplace environment.
Qualifications
- Recruitment and Employee Onboarding skills
- Experience in Performance Management and Employee Engagement
- Administrative tasks and maintaining HR records
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively with different departments
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field is preferred
- Previous internship or work experience in HR is a plus
