About the internship:
As an HR Intern at Miraggio Lifestyles Private Limited, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and administrative support. This role will allow you to enhance your skills in effective communication and MS-Excel, while working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist with the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Provide administrative support to the HR team by maintaining employee records and handling confidential information.
3. Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation processes.
4. Assist with employee relations activities and support the development of employee engagement initiatives.
5. Prepare reports and presentations for HR meetings and presentations.
6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support HR initiatives and projects.
7. Participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your HR knowledge and skills.
