Roles Responsibilities
• End to end Recruitment. Conducting recruitment interviews and providing the necessary inputs during the hiring process.
• Induction and On-Boarding. Training new or existing employees.
• HR Policies and HR Manuals. Communicating and explaining the organization's HR policies to the employees.
• Attendance and Leave Management
• Performance Management
• Employee Engagement
• Workforce Management
• Statutory Compliance
• Exit Formalities
• Compensation Benefits
• Reviewing resumes and applications

Technical Skills Required
• Must be mature, have excellent communication skills, and presentable.
• Strong ability to communicate via phone and email.
• Must know MS Office very well. Advanced Excel and related analytics skills
• Understanding of industry workflows
