About the Role
The HR Business Partner will collaborate with business stakeholders to manage the entire Employee HR lifecycle, focusing on developing and driving initiatives to enhance organizational effectiveness.
• Responsible for end-to-end life cycle management, including talent acquisition, capability building, organizational design, talent management, employee engagement, strategic staffing, and performance management for sales and marketing functions.
• Experience in implementing HR systems such as Darwin Box, Keka, Zing HR, or HR One is a must.
• The role requires working closely with senior stakeholders as an HR business partner.
• Employee grievance handling is also a key responsibility.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement
• Develop and implement talent management strategies
• Design and deliver training programs for employees
• Ensure effective communication and employee engagement
• Handle employee grievances and resolve conflicts
Requirements
To succeed in this role, you should have:
• Experience in HR with a focus on talent management and development
• Strong knowledge of HR systems and software
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
