Total Position : 1 Required skills We are looking for a young, energetic individual with good management, professional ideology, and effective communication skills who can lead and support our Human Resources department. The eligible candidate should have a basic command of English, a positive attitude, and having a good knowledge of recruitment, and HR operational skills. Roles and Responsibilities: Manage a team effectively, encouraging focus on efficiency and productivity. Talent Acquisition - End to End Recruitment process from screening to hiring. Coordinate in building a team with the corporate, professional environment. Maintaining candidate records and preparing reports of recruitments. Managing HR operations such as salary, leaves, appraisals resignations. Managing company events and celebrations. Must be well aware of HR Administration activities and be able to plan all procedures processes to get desired outcomes.
