Job Description:-
1) Should have knowledge of all compliances such Factories Act, ESIC/ EPF Act etc.
2) Should be aware of various annual filings under labour laws
3) knowledge of legal requirements and controls

1) Create an Employee Handbook and esnure it is being followed by all.
2) Support HR in ensuring all labour laws are being followed by the company.
3) Regular Audits for Admin related work.
4) Liasoning with concerned depts of compliances on behalf of the company.
5)Managing resignation and termination processes
6)Managing workplace safety and compliance with legal standards
7)Fostering company culture and employee well-being
8)Managing payroll and salary structures
1) Time Management
2) Good at Excel Power point
3) Good communication skills (written verbal)
4) Good knowledge of Statutory compliances

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,635.+2 per month
