Role Overview

We are looking for dynamic and empathetic Human Resource Executives who bring structure, integrity, and creativity to their HR practices. This role is ideal for candidates passionate about recruitment, employee relations, and shaping company culture.
Key Responsibilities

· Drive end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.

ABOUT EBSL AUTOMAT

Role / Responsibilities:

Recruitment and Staffing:
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and facilitating the hiring decision.
• Conduct thorough candidate sourcing through various channels, including online platforms, job boards, and networking.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for open positions.
• Coordinate and conduct interviews, both in-person and remotely, to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Negotiate employment offers and facilitate the hiring process.

Employee Onboarding:
• Coordinate and conduct orientation programs for new hires, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience.
• Administer and explain company policies, benefits, and procedures to new employees.

HR Administration:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
• Handle employee inquiries and provide support on HR-related matters.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.

Talent Development:
• Collaborate with management to identify training and development needs within the organization.
• Facilitate training sessions and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Executive, with a focus on recruitment.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation: Competitive Salary Range: 2.6 Lakhs to 4.6 Lakhs per annum, in addition to lucrative incentives and potential for career advancement.
