Key Responsibilities
1. Employee Onboarding Documentation:
- Follow up on employee documentation post-offer letter release.
- Ensure proper allocation of visiting cards, ID cards, and SIM cards, and coordinate their courier process to employees.
- Share employee details with the analyst team a day before the joining date.
- Verify employee joining status through direct communication.
2. Payroll Processing Salary Management:
- Process payroll for Pan-India employees, ensuring compliance and precision.
- Manage local conveyance, tour conveyance.
- Prepare and update salary slips for Pan-India employees.
3. Attendance Data Management:
- Prepare and update the Pan-India attendance sheet.
- Ensure employee details are updated in the SARAL system.
- Maintain accurate records of employee verification and salary account opening status.
4. Employee Engagement Communication:
- Prepare and approve the birthday list for distributors and Pan-India employees.
5. HR Compliance Reporting:
- Handle appointment letters post-verification completion.
- Maintain compliance by ensuring accurate documentation of employee data.
- Analyze HR metrics and trends, and create insightful reports using advanced Excel.
6. Problem Solving Grievance Handling:
- Address employee grievances effectively while maintaining a proactive approach to prevent recurring issues.
- Independently resolve challenges and identify areas for process improvement in HR operations.

- Working knowledge of payroll systems.
