Our team is growing, and we're looking for HR Drivers who want to be part of something that matters.
The opportunity
If you're a qualified HR Driver looking for stability, this is the role for you. Enjoy permanent, full-time work with early starts (between 12am–3am) and early finishes — plus a sign-on bonus of up to $3,000.
What you'll be doing
As a key member of our essential services team, you’ll:
Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recyclable materials locally
Operate and maintain a clean, modern vehicle
Work safely on commercial industrial sites around other heavy vehicles and equipment
Complete daily safety checks and paperwork
Ensure compliance with Workplace Health and Safety and National Heavy Vehicle Regulations
Maintain a professional appearance and clean work environment
Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Current HR license with a good driving record
Solid knowledge of transport safety and compliance

Experience in waste industry is desirable but not necessary
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong communication skills and a customer-first approach
