The Typical daily tasks for an HR coordinator consist –

1) Consult with employers to identify needs and preferred qualifications

2) Conduct first round Interview of applicants about their experience, education and skills

3) Also includes – Recruiting, Scrutinizing Candidates, Head hunting, Job Posting, Reference building.

4) Inform applicants about job details such as benefits and conditions

5) Refer qualified candidates

6) Coordination with the Team members

The other tasks consists –

1) Brainstorming and reviewing activities about the Work and Process following.

2) Complete the tasks and finish them in the given time.

3) Suggest Strategy Implementation for the betterment and improvement.
