• *HR Specialist - Job Description**
We are seeking an experienced HR specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the entire recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, scheduling, interviews, and offer rollouts.
The ideal candidate will have 4-7 years of experience in HR functions, recruitment, and cross-functional coordination across Admin, Finance, and Business teams. They will also possess strong communication, organization, and client-facing experience, with a proven ability to manage end-to-end hiring and stakeholder engagement.
The selected candidate will collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and hiring strategies, track and report recruitment metrics to ensure efficiency and quality of hire, and manage client interactions, resolve HR-related issues, and provide timely updates.
In addition, they will build trust across internal and external stakeholders through consistent communication, coordinate logistics for office visits, develop and manage agendas, confirm attendees, and ensure a professional on-site experience.
They will also partner with Admin, Finance, and Business teams to support HR programs such as onboarding, performance reviews, and employee engagement, and evaluate and implement AI-enabled HR tools like smart sourcing, chatbots, and analytics dashboards to enhance decision-making and reduce manual effort.
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related discipline, 5+ years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or stakeholder management, hands-on experience with ATS/HRMS platforms and Microsoft Office tools, excellent communication skills with strong organizational and multitasking abilities, demonstrated experience in client-facing roles and cross-functional collaboration, and interest in exploring AI technologies to optimize HR functions and improve user experience.
