Key Responsibilities
The PSBP is responsible for:
• Developing contract terms for new hires, promotions, and transfers
• Assisting international employees with expatriate assignments and related HR matters
• Conceptualizing and carrying out People Success (PS) activities in accordance with business unit requirements
• Communicating employee policy and procedures
• Responding to employee inquiries, complaints, and requirements
