Full job description
Key Responsibilities:

1) Recruitment Support:

Assist with job postings, candidate sourcing, and resume screening.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring teams.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate records.
2) Onboarding Documentation:

Support the onboarding process including document collection, induction coordination, and system setup.
Enter and maintain employee information in greytHR.
3) Leave Attendance Management:

Monitor and update leave and attendance records using greytHR.
Resolve basic employee queries related to attendance or leave policies.
Assist with monthly attendance reports for payroll processing.
4) Employee Records Management:

Maintain accurate and confidential employee files in digital and physical formats.
Ensure records are regularly updated in the HRMS.
5) Employee Engagement:

Assist in planning and executing employee engagement initiatives.
Collect feedback and support communication of internal HR activities.
6) Event Planning Coordination:

Help organize company events, celebrations, and wellness programs.
Coordinate logistics, materials, and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
7) General HR Administration:

Provide support in day-to-day HR activities and documentation.
Help prepare HR reports and assist with compliance requirements as needed.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
3 months of HR internship experience.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
