Job Title: HR Analytics Specialist

Experience Required: 3-8 years

Location: Bengaluru

Role Summary:

We are looking for a techno-functional Data Scientist to drive HR analytics initiatives by blending technical expertise with a deep understanding of HR processes. The role demands the ability to design, develop, and implement data-driven solutions that support talent strategy, workforce planning, employee engagement, and organizational effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop predictive and prescriptive models for HR use cases (e.g., attrition, hiring, engagement, workforce planning).
• Collaborate with HR leaders and COEs to translate business needs into data science projects and actionable insights.
• Design and build automated dashboards and reports to track key people metrics (hiring funnels, turnover, diversity, etc.).
• Integrate data science models into existing HR technology platforms (like Workday, SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM).
• Work on data preparation, cleansing, and management from various HR systems to ensure data quality and usability.
• Support digital HR transformation projects by embedding advanced analytics into HR workflows.
• Present findings and recommendations to both HR and leadership teams in a clear, actionable manner.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
• 4–5 years of experience in HR analytics roles, with exposure to HR domains.
• Strong programming skills in Python/R and SQL.
• Experience with HR systems such as Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle HCM, or similar.
• Hands-on expertise with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
• Solid understanding of key HR processes – talent acquisition, employee engagement, compensation, learning development, etc.
• Ability to work across data engineering, modeling, and visualization functions.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in data science, HR, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Certification or formal training in People Analytics or HR Technology is a plus.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and API integrations is an advantage.
