Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a HR Analytics Faculty at Beat Educations, located in Kozhikode. The HR Analytics Faculty will be responsible for developing and delivering HR analytics courses, creating course materials, evaluating student progress, and providing academic support to students. The role involves researching current trends in HR analytics, staying updated with industry standards, and integrating real-world applications into the coursework. The faculty member will also engage with students to foster a collaborative and inclusive learning environment.
Qualifications
• HR Analytics, Data Analytics, and Data Visualization skills
• Experience in curriculum development and course design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to conduct research and integrate industry trends into coursework
• Proficiency in utilizing educational technologies and tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with students effectively
• Master's degree or higher in Human Resources, Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field
• Experience in the education sector is a plus
