Supports human resources processes by administering, scheduling appointments for interviews, maintaining records and HR data

· Scrutinizes and Substantiates applicants’ skills by advertising vacancies, sorting resumes and calling and interviewing candidates

· Schedules interviews by coordinating appointments with concerned managers.

· Tracks all new employee’s attendance, trial records and updating salary.

· Drafting of appointments, revisions and exit orders.

· Provides payroll information by updating attendance records.

· Submits employee data reports by assembling, preparing, and analysing data.

· Monitoring registering attendance leaves by following the rules policies of the Company.

· Maintains employee information by entering and updating employment and status-change data.

· Provides secretarial support with filing, Data entry and other HR/admin work.

· Orders, purchases maintains equipments and supplies and ensures all requirements are provided/fulfilled in the organization as per deadlines.

· Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential.

· Maintains HR Admin quality service by following organization standards.

· Providing Administration support to the Organization.

· Ensure Office requirements pertaining to safety, process and business are fulfilled in all sections and branches.

· Handling procurement, purchase, and maintenance of system, equipments, machines, stationeries, other office supplies etc.

· Ensure to choose the best vendors in terms of quality feasibility.

· Ensure uniforms and id cards are ordered and provided to staff.

· To liaise with Service, Sales, and accounts in all branches for coordination.

· To ensure all statutory payments are processed as per deadlines.

Requirements:

· Confident Energetic Individuals with Positive attitude and Excellent Communication skills.

· Graduates/Diploma holders in any discipline.

· Knowledge of MS-Office with good data entry skills.

· Good experience in sourcing and recruiting and contacts with job consultancies good social media skills.

· Good analytical skills time management skills.

· Good Negotiation skills with knowledge of market commodity prices.

· Good knowledge of statutory compliances including Labour, PF ESI.

· Knowledge in HRMS will be an advantage.

· Automobile industry experience will be an added advantage.

Salary: 12,000/ to 15,000/-

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
