Job Title: HR Admin Payroll
Location: Andheri, Mumbai
Experience Required: 2–5 years

Key Responsibilities:

Payroll Management:
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
Handle statutory compliances (PF, ESIC, PT, TDS).
Maintain employee attendance, leave records, and salary slips.
Coordinate with finance for payroll-related documentation.
HR Administration:
Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and databases.
Support end-to-end onboarding and exit formalities.
Manage HR documentation including offer letters, appointment letters, etc.
Assist in handling employee queries related to HR policies and payroll.
General Administration:
Oversee office supplies, vendor coordination, and maintenance tasks.
Support logistics, housekeeping, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
Ensure a smooth working environment and support team coordination.
Key Skills:

Strong knowledge of payroll processing and HR operations.
Familiarity with labor laws and statutory compliance.
Proficiency in MS Excel and payroll software.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Qualifications:

Graduate in any discipline; HR certification is a plus.
2–5 years of experience in HR administration and payroll handling.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
