HR Admin Head
Human Resources:
Support the end-to-end recruitment process: job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication.
Facilitate onboarding and offboarding to ensure a smooth and professional experience for all employees.
Maintain accurate and updated employee records in the HRIS and internal documentation systems.
Manage payroll processing and ensure timely, accurate salary disbursements and statutory compliance.
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution, grievances, and disciplinary procedures in alignment with company policies.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and internal events that enhance company culture and morale.
Liaise with management and global HR teams to ensure alignment and consistent implementation of HR practices across regions.
Provide support in performance management, benefits administration, and internal HR communications.
Support HR audits, compliance reporting, and documentation requirements.
Administration:
Oversee attendance tracking, leave management, and general HR operations.
Ensure the smooth running of administrative functions and office management.
Handle vendor coordination, office supplies, and ad-hoc administrative duties.
Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors or service providers for HR/admin-related matters.
Generate and present HR reports and metrics for leadership and decision-making.
Requirements:
Minimum 10 years of experience in HR and Administration, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
Experience working in a global or multinational company is a must.
Strong knowledge of Indian labor laws, payroll processes, and statutory compliance.
Excellent people management, conflict resolution, and interpersonal communication skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities.
Proficient in HR systems (HRIS), MS Office Suite, and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
