Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of housekeeping staff.
• Inspect guest rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas to ensure cleanliness and compliance with standards.
• Train new staff on cleaning procedures and safety protocols.
• Schedule and assign tasks to housekeeping staff.
• Monitor inventory levels of cleaning supplies and equipment.
• Address and resolve any guest complaints or issues related to housekeeping.
• Maintain a positive and productive work environment for the housekeeping team.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in housekeeping, with supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high cleanliness standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
