Our team is growing, and we are seeking the right fit for the role of a Housekeeper located in Robina, Gold Coast, employed on a Full-Time Part-time basis.

The Position

We are looking for an experienced individual to carry out cleaning inspections, be responsible for Quality control and service rotations, general housekeeping, and maintenance of public amenities such as toilets, bathrooms, etc. The ideal candidate will also maintain cleaning records and compliance standards, deliver excellent customer service, and communicate positively with all customers.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out cleaning inspections and ensure quality control
\
Be responsible for service rotations and general housekeeping
\
Maintain public amenities such as toilets, bathrooms, etc.
\
Maintain cleaning records and compliance standards
\
Deliere excellent customer service and positive communication
\
\

Requirements
\
To be successful in this role, you will need:

Experience in cleaning operations; domestic, commercial, or hotel
\
Sound knowledge in floor maintenance and high-level cleaning with an eye for detail
\
National Police clearance, within 3 months of issue
\
Self-motivated and can demonstrate initiative on the job
\
Professional presentation and customer service
\
Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service and management
