We strive to create memorable experiences for all our members. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Housekeeping Manager. The Housekeeping Manager will be responsible for the day-to-day tasks associated with housekeeping, including supervising staff, managing laundry services, ensuring customer service standards are met, hiring new staff, and communicating with other departments and management. Qualifications • Supervisory skills and experience managing staff • Experience in laundry services • Strong customer service skills • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written • Experience in hiring and onboarding new staff • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Experience using housekeeping software is a plus • Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
