Ensure Housekeeping attendants maintain their equipment.
All lost and found articles are reported immediately to the coordinator.
Respond to customer queries by resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
Identify optimal, cost effective use of the resources and educate the team on the same.

Qualifications

Diploma / Degree in Hotel Management
Excellent communication skills and a professional presentation
Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities
Highly responsible reliable
Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced environment
Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as part of a team
Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times
