Housekeeping Associate
The Housekeeping Associate is responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in guest rooms, public areas, and hotel facilities. This role ensures that all hotel cleanliness standards are met to provide a comfortable and hygienic experience for guests.
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Guest Room Cleaning:
• Clean and tidy guest rooms, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, and restocking amenities.
• Change linens and towels as per hotel standards.
• Sanitize and disinfect bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, and showers.
✅ Public Area Maintenance:
• Maintain cleanliness in hotel hallways, lobbies, elevators, and common areas.
• Clean and restock public restrooms.
• Ensure a neat and presentable appearance of furniture, décor, and fixtures.
✅ Laundry Supply Management:
• Collect and deliver linen to the laundry department as needed.
• Replenish guest supplies such as toiletries, towels, and minibar items.
• Report low inventory of housekeeping supplies to the supervisor.
✅ Safety Compliance:
• Follow all safety and sanitation policies.
• Handle cleaning chemicals responsibly and adhere to hotel regulations.
• Report any maintenance issues, lost and found items, or damages to the supervisor.
✅ Guest Interaction Assistance:
• Address guest requests professionally and promptly.
• Provide friendly and courteous service, maintaining high guest satisfaction.
• Uphold hotel standards in appearance and behavior.
