• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve revenue goals across all market segments (corporate, MICE, leisure, group).
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, site inspections, and trade shows.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals tailored to client needs.
• Collaborate with revenue management and marketing teams to align pricing strategies and promotional campaigns.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to refine sales tactics.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
• Coordinate with operations and front desk teams to ensure seamless guest experiences.
• Represent the hotel at industry events, sales missions, and exhibitions.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of sales experience in the hospitality or hotel industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong network within the corporate and travel trade segments is a plus.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and MS Office Suite.
