We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Hotel Sales Manager – B2B to drive sales through travel agents and corporate clients. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strong relationships with travel agencies, corporate companies, and B2B partners to maximize room occupancy and revenue.
Key Responsibilities:
• Promote and sell hotel rooms and packages to B2B clients including travel agents, tour operators, and corporate accounts.
• Develop new business opportunities and actively generate leads through sales calls, meetings, and networking events.
• Manage existing B2B relationships to ensure repeat business and client satisfaction.
• Negotiate and finalize corporate rate agreements and contracts.
• Prepare and present sales proposals and customized packages for B2B clients.
• Collaborate with operations and marketing teams to ensure delivery of excellent service.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Requirements:
• Proven experience in hotel B2B sales (minimum 3 years preferred).
• Strong network of travel agents and corporate clients.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and travel for meetings when required.
