Hotel Site Acquisition Strategy Lead
We are seeking a dynamic and result-driven professional to lead the hotel site acquisition strategy across targeted geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, evaluate, negotiate, and finalize properties suitable for hotel operations in line with the company's growth and expansion plans.
• Conduct market research, competition tracking, and local intelligence to map potential sites for hotel expansion.
• Lead end-to-end site acquisition from scouting locations to negotiating lease or management agreements.
• Liaise with property owners, real estate consultants, IPCs, and local brokers to secure suitable hotel sites.
• Evaluate commercial viability and ensure optimal rent/lease terms and ROI before finalizing agreements.
• Negotiate key commercial and legal terms with landlords, ensuring compliance with internal investment metrics.
Requirements:
• Master's degree (MBA preferred) with 8+ years of relevant experience in Business Development, site acquisition, real estate, or hotel development.
• Proven track record in commercial negotiations and closing deals, especially in the hospitality sector.
• Strong knowledge of real estate laws, lease structures, and property due diligence processes.
• Excellent networking, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively for site visits and partner meetings.
