About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Hotel Duty Manager - Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading our front office team and ensuring that our guests receive exceptional service and have an outstanding experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the front office team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Evaluate guest feedback and implement improvements to increase satisfaction levels.
Develop and implement effective strategies to drive revenue growth and occupancy.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences.
Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness throughout the hotel.
Requirements:
NZQF Diploma or equivalent qualification in hospitality or a related field.
At least five years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
IT literacy and experience with property management systems (PMS).
