About the Role:
Asar Hotels is looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Recruiter to join our team. This is an entry-level position ideal for someone who has prior experience in hospitality and is looking to grow within the HR field.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment across various departments and will also support the HR team in routine tasks and coordination with hotel teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage the hiring process — sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding candidates
• Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs for hotel and corporate roles
• Maintain candidate database and track hiring progress
• Support basic HR functions such as document collection, attendance coordination, employee joining formalities, etc.
• Coordinate with hotel-level teams for HR-related queries and needs
• Assist in maintaining a smooth recruitment and onboarding process across multiple locations
Requirements:
• 1 months to 4 year of experience in HR or recruitment, preferably in the hospitality industry
• Good understanding of hotel operations and staffing requirements
• Strong communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Graduate in HR, Business, Hospitality, or a related field
