Hospitality Assistant
We are seeking a Hospitality Assistant to join our team at Hastings Court. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in a luxurious setting and possess excellent customer service skills.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist with meal service in resident rooms or dining rooms.
Refill water/drink jugs regularly in resident rooms.
Help set up and clear down tables before and after lunch service.
Maintain temperature records of fridges and service stations in the dining rooms.
Stock the Bistro to ensure a professional offering.
Attend to residents' non-care related needs, such as opening/closing curtains and changing TV channels.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a similar role within a luxurious setting.
'Can do' attitude and willingness to work with us in ensuring we support our residents with the best quality service.
Customer facing experience including building working relationships with internal external stakeholders.
Personal Attributes:
Reliable and punctual.
Able to work as an effective team member.
A professional personal appearance and standards.
Able to demonstrate an understanding and/or awareness of the sensitivities of working within a care home environment.
Able to develop good working relationships and to represent the organisation professionally.
