Requirements and Qualifications

Able to handle guest complaints and resolve them with a positive outcome;
Providing a high level of service when our guests need it most;
Emphasis on good character while performing daily responsibilities;
Detail-oriented and able to make sound decisions in stressful situations with leadership support;
Enjoys helping others and making a good impression;
Can handle multiple tasks simultaneously;
Ability to work closely with others;
At least 1 year of customer service experience in previous roles.
