Position: HTS - Home Technology Scientist
Location: CG Road, Ahmedabad

Shift Time : UK Shift - 1 PM - + PM

Job Description
Communicate with Homeowners through email and Podium.
Access Outlook to schedule HTS appointments
Assist homeowners with general billing and monitoring questions
Strong English reading and writing skills – Proficiency in outlook, MS Teams and data entry.
Minimum 2 – 3 years working experience
Bachelor degree/diploma in any stream
