As a Home Care Aide (HCA) / Caregiver, you will provide essential care and support to our clients in their homes, assisting them with activities of daily living (ADLs). You will work closely with clients to ensure their comfort and well-being while maintaining their dignity and independence.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with personal care tasks (e.g., bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting).
Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals (Bubble packs)
Help with mobility and transfers.
Provide companionship and emotional support.
Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, feeding, and errands.
Monitor and report any changes in client health or behavior to the care team.
Follow care plans and ensure the safety and comfort of the client.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records.
Accompany clients to appointments and social gatherings.
Requirements:
Previous experience as a caregiver or home health aide in senior care, dementia care or related fields is preferred
HCA Certificate is an asset
Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with clients and their families.
Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.
CPR and First Aid certification .
Ability to lift, bend, and move clients as needed.
Car as a reliable means of transportation to and from client homes.

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour
Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
