Home Care Worker

HammondCare At Home is continuing to expand our services and we are seeking several permanent part-time Specialised Carers to provide support to our Clients across the Sutherland Shire and St George/Botany areas.

Our specialised carer receives a work mobile phone, paid travel time and kilometres.  Availability must be Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 7 AM to 3:30 PM.
