Job Summary:
You will be interacting with an International Audience primarily in Australia
You will be responsible for making calls to prospective clients.
In this role, you will be interacting with clients to communicate the programs offered by the Department.
You will be responsible for following up on and closing prospective leads
You will be working in a team to meet the objectives of the Department

Duties Responsibilities:

Leads will be provided for you to contact with details of the offers in a professional and articulate manner.
Follow up with leads who have shown interest and keep track of older leads who indicated likely interest for a later date and close sales daily.
Use of email to correspond with leads on a limited level as the role is tele- caller.
All emails will be pre-scripted / pre-authorized.
Capture information from the leads, and offer solutions and options with the aim of closing a sale.
Be responsible to achieve the target set by the organization.

Personal Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication. Written tests will be conducted at the interview level.
Must be friendly, with a can-do attitude, and willing to go the extra mile to
convert a sale.
Must be confident and handle objections in a professional and profitable manner.
Professional and able to connect/make a great impression on the first call.
Must have the ability to handle rejection without any adverse impact on the next call.
Fast learner who can adapt to change without any adverse impact on the outcome of productivity.
Competitive dialler who also has a team attitude and steps up to assist other team members.
Should be willing to learn on the job without any “know it all” attitude.
Must have good knowledge of South East Asia and famous tourist destinations.
Must have high proficiency in spoken and written English.

Qualifications and skills:

We are looking for highly motivated salesperson; if you can sell a comb to a bald man; then we want to meet you
Any Graduate/ Post Graduate or similar; Freshers also welcome
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good computer skills and proficiency in MS Office
Experience using CRM/sales software (Beneficial)

Salary: From ₹25,000.00 per month
