Hiring Relationship Manager
Job Overview
As a Relationship Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships and addressing their service and sales queries. Your goal will be to engage and retain customers, generate business opportunities, and increase revenue for the Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage customer relationships and address both service and sales queries.
• Sourcing Trade, Forex customers and generating fee-based income.
• Meet existing customers to generate business opportunities and increase revenue.
• Handle Trade based queries from the Branch and smoothen transactions process by proactive liaison with Forex service cell, SPOPS Credit departments.
• Identify new segments and set up new trade verticals for prospective business opportunities at different locations/regions new to the bank.
• Recommend and introduce new services like Cash management services, treasury etc. to engage customers and generate fee income plus liabilities products like Credit card, insurance etc.
• Provide clients with fund and non-fund based working capital facilities for business operations.
• Analyze financial statements and prepare credit scoring for companies.
• Maintain a Healthy portfolio by Monitoring existing clients, periodical reviews/renewals of existing limits, Unit visits, and discuss with clients for suggesting corrective measures if any for mutual benefit.
