Key Responsibilities

Accurately input data into company databases and platforms.

Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness.

Maintain confidentiality and security of all company data.

Manage and update customer and client records.

Perform quality control checks and corrections where necessary.

Communicate with team members and supervisors to ensure data consistency and alignment with project goals.

Meet daily and weekly deadlines while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Use various software tools, including spreadsheets, CRM systems, and proprietary databases.
• Required Skills and Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.

Strong typing skills (minimum of 40 WPM with accuracy).

Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Ability to learn new software systems quickly.

Excellent attention to detail.
