JOB Description. CMS - US credit card voice inbound customer service process for jpmc credit card related queries. CSD COLLECTION - inbound and outbound jpmc u.s. credit card soft collections process. Emm (electric money movement) - outbound process related to issues between funds transfer between account and online banking, US process. Shift Week Offs - 24 *7 (5 days working 2 offs) Salary - 6.5 LPA (54k max including 7k night allowance.) Eligibility - HSC passed with 1 years of any experience on paper. or Graduate freshers can apply. Language - Excellent Spoken English (C2 level and above) Age limit - 19 years to 55 years. Transport - Both Ways. Location boundaries - Road routes, starting from Malad - end points - Virar, Colaba, Cst, Churchgate, Panvel, Ambernath Interview Rounds - R1 - HR - telephonic - between 4pm to 6pm R2 - Vna telephonic -between 3 to 9pm R3 -operations round
