We are looking for Customer Care Executives that will be the liaison between our company and its current and potential customers. The successful candidate will be able to accept ownership for effectively solving customer issues, complaints, and inquiries; keeping customer satisfaction at the core of every decision and behaviour.
• Responsible for providing real-time, correct, and effective communication to overseas
existing and probable customers about prices and products.
• Responsible for generating sales and making customers pay for their orders.
3 Providing start-to-end customer service i.e.; helping customers with making payments,
monitoring dispatches, and providing order transit updates as and when required by the
customer.
4 Responsible for developing long-term customer relationships, increasing customer
satisfaction, and building loyalty and confidence in the company.
• Logging customer complaints and closing of complaints/queries.
• Well-versed with Chat Process Both Written and verbal
• Continuous Follow-up with clients/Customers for Pending Transactions if any
• Converting Customer Enquiry into potential Sales.
• Communicating with website visitors/customers, generating Sales and Solving Queries
• Must be a Team Player and need to maintain a pleasant working environment.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proficiency in English is the most
Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening
Willing to work in rotational shift.
Achieving CSAT / Repeat Targets
Coordination with customers for any queries faced by them and solving the same.
Ensure that all written communication is carried out as per the customer care procedures.
