Handling the customers inquiry and coordination with CUSTOMER SERVICE. -Handling calls, collecting and updating the database. Follow-up with customers managing database of leads allocation

Improvement and quality assurance programs

1)Banking process- Help in customer resolving their banking related queries.

2) Customer service executive (CSE) - Handling the customers calls on telecom related queries

3) Tech Support (Technical Chat ) -Trouble Shoot Technical Queries for various clients through voice, chat and email
