Position: Technical Writer Location: Mumbai Exp: 2+ Yrs Role and Responsibilities: • Collaborate with the development, QA, and product teams to streamline the deployment process, improve release management, and ensure a reliable and scalable application infrastructure. • Documentation Creation: user manuals, policy documents, and procedural guides for our financial products and services. • Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and compliance experts, to gather information and ensure accurate documentation. • Compliance: Ensure that all documentation adheres to regulatory requirements and follows industry best practices in the financial sector. • User-Centric Content: Create content that is user-centric, concise, and tailored to the needs of diverse user groups, including customers and internal stakeholders. • Document Management: Maintain a centralized repository for documentation, ensuring it remains up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant parties. • Quality Assurance: Review and edit documentation for clarity, consistency, and accuracy, ensuring it aligns with company's branding and style guidelines. • Continuous Improvement: Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and regulatory changes, and incorporate this knowledge into ongoing documentation enhancements. Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in English, Technical Writing, Finance, or a related field. • Proven experience of 2+ years, as a Technical Writer, with a preference for candidates with prior experience in the financial industry. • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. • Strong attention to detail and the ability to organize complex information effectively. • Familiarity with financial products, services, loan management and arrangement systems, and regulations is advantageous. • Proficiency in document management and editing tools
