Responsibilities:
• Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to inform them about Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Co. Ltd products and services.
• Handle inbound calls and resolve customer queries related to insurance products.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow up as needed.
• Achieve daily and monthly call targets set by Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
• Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Fluency in Hindi, with good verbal and written communication skills.
• Previous experience in telecalling or customer service is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet call targets at Kotak Mahindra Life Insurance Co. Ltd.
