About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter with a strong background in Registered Nurse (RN) recruitment. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in a fast-paced recruitment environment and a deep understanding of healthcare staffing needs. This is an onsite position, where you will collaborate closely with our recruitment team and hiring managers to fulfill RN staffing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recruitment of Registered Nurses (RNs): Identify, source, and recruit qualified RNs for various healthcare settings including hospitals, clinics, and private practices.
- Candidate Screening Interviewing: Conduct in-depth phone and in-person interviews to assess qualifications, skills, and fit for each position.
- Job Posting Sourcing: Create and post job listings on relevant platforms, utilizing databases, social media, and professional networks to find top talent.
- Client Collaboration: Work directly with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and align recruitment efforts with the healthcare organization's objectives.
- Onboarding Coordination: Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, including interview scheduling, reference checks, credential verification, and onboarding of new hires.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date on healthcare industry trends, recruitment best practices, and compliance requirements.

Qualifications:

- Minimum 1 Year of Experience: At least one year of experience recruiting Registered Nurses (RN) in a healthcare setting.
- Expert in RN Recruitment: Deep knowledge of RN roles, credentialing, and industry-specific regulations.
- Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with both candidates and hiring managers effectively.
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Team Player: Collaborative mindset, capable of working in a team environment to meet organizational goals.
- Proficient in Recruitment Tools: Experience using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems (ATS), and job boards.
